The Creetion ServiceDesk ensures the maintenance and management of our customers’ applications in their business processes. When Creetion has finally delivered from the project phase, a possibility is offered to manage the solution from the Creetion ServiceDesk. In addition, applications that are already run at the customer (and not delivered by Creetion) can be managed by the Creetion ServiceDesk after an intake.
Arrangements are made around this service in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The basis for this service is the professional digital tickets system of Creetion. Incidents, change requests (RFCs), and other questions will be raised 24/7 directly through this system by the customer.
